Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. hamburger
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. sage
    3/4 tsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Press patties 5/8-inch thick.
    Dredge in flour, then in beaten egg and then in cracker crumbs.
    Brown in skillet and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
