Midnight Breakfast(Egg-N-Cheese With Potatoes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    eggs
    milk
    cheese slices
Preparation
    Fry potatoes in skillet.
    While potatoes are cooking, mix in small bowl the eggs and a little milk; stir until blended.
    When potatoes are done, drain off excess grease.
    Pour eggs over the potatoes in the skillet.
    Season to taste.
    Stir until eggs are done or flip over like an omelet.
    When eggs are done, add layer of cheese on top.
    Cover with lid just until cheese has melted. Serve with favorite meat and bread.
