    4 potatoes, hot baked
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. bacon bits
    1/2 c. tomato puree
    1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    salt to taste
    black pepepr to taste
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cut potatoes in half.
    Scoop out and reserve shells.
    Mix potato with other ingredients except cheese.
    Return to potato shells.
    Top with cheese.
    Place in conventional or microwave oven until hot and cheese is melted.
