Butterfly Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white, chilled
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Combine egg white, sugar and cream of tartar.
    Add boiling water and immediately beat at high speed until thick and fluffy.
