Kentucky Venison Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lbs. venison
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    2 cups chopped onion
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    2 large green peppers cut in strips
    6 Tbsp. chili powder
    4 tsp. sugar
    7 cups cooked tomatoes
    2 cups tomato sauce
    2 cups water
    1 tsp. salt
    2 cans kidney beans
    2 cans chili beans
Preparation
    Coarsely grind venison and brown in heated oil in a heavy pan.
    Add onion, garlic, and green peppers.
    Cook about 5 minutes stirring constantly.
    Add chili powder, sugar, tomatoes, tomato sauce, water and salt.
    Let mixture simmer about 1
    1/2 hours. Add beans and allow chili to heat and additional few minutes.
