Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg yolk
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
    3/4 c. shortening
    1/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Sift flour, salt and sugar.
    Cut in shortening.
    Beat egg and vinegar (or lemon juice); blend with milk.
    Pour into dry ingredients.
    Makes 2 crusts.
    Bake at 425\u00b0.
