Trout Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. soft cream cheese
1/4 c. margarine
1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. chopped pecans
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. finely flaked cooked trout
3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Blend cream cheese, margarine, onion, lemon peel, horseradish, mustard, salt and pepper.
Stir in fish.
Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours, or chilled.
Mix parsley and pecans on plate or wax paper. Shape mix into ball and sprinkle with parsley and pecans.
Chill until firm.
