Spinach Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Sift together the flour, salt and baking soda.
    Beat the eggs lightly and add them and the butter to the flour.
    Add the onion and the thawed, drained spinach.
    Shred the cheese, add it and mix well.
    Spread in a well-greased 8 x 11-inch baking pan.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes, until nicely browned and crusty.
    Cut into small squares.
    Serves 8 to 10.
