Tea Syrup(Instant Tea) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oz. loose tea
    1 qt. water
    2 1/2 lb. sugar
Preparation
    Boil tea in water for 2 minutes; strain and add sugar and lemon juice to tea water.
    Stir until sugar dissolves.
    This makes a syrup which can be kept refrigerated up to 2 weeks.
