Green Pepper, Tomatoes, Cabbage And Cheese(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    3 onions, sliced
    1 green pepper, cut in eighths
    2 large tomatoes
    1/2 medium head cabbage
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. grated Italian-style cheese
Preparation
    Heat fat in heavy skillet.
    Add onions; cook slowly 5 minutes. Place pepper on top; cook 5 minutes.
    Add halved tomatoes, skin side down, and place quartered cabbage on top.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Cover.
