Roquefort Onion Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frozen (9-inch) pie crust, thawed
    2 small onions, finely chopped
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1 large egg, beaten with 5 tsp. heavy cream
    1/4 lb. Roquefort cheese, crumbled
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Bake crust 8 to 10 minutes.
    Saute onions in oil until limp and golden.
    Transfer with slotted spoon to crust, distribute evenly.
    Sprinkle Roquefort over top.
    Spoon egg and cream mix over and bake until set, 15 to 20 minutes.
