Spicey Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Med. Head of Cabbage
1 Med. Onion
7/8 c. Sugar
1 c. Oil
1 c. Vinegar
1 tsp. Dry Mustard
1 tsp. Celery Seed
2 tsp. Salt
Preparation

Shred the cabbage and slice the onion thinly.
Layer this in a bowl and sprinkle the sugar on top.
Heat the oil, vinegar, mustard, celery seed, and salt.
When boiling pour this mixture over the top of the cabbage.
Cover and let stand for 4 to 6 hours, then mix and serve.
