Broccoli Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. sharp cheese
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cook broccoli 5 minutes.
    Drain well.
    Combine soup, mayonnaise, eggs, cheese and chopped onion.
    Mix well.
    Add cooked broccoli.
    Pour into greased baking dish.
    Top with crushed Ritz crackers and drizzle butter over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
