Coffee Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    15 marshmallows
    1 c. strong coffee
    a little vanilla
    sugar to taste
Preparation
    Pour strong coffee over the marshmallows.
    Place over double boiler until they melt and mix well.
    Let cool.
    Whip the cream until stiff.
    Fold the cream into the coffee-marshmallow mixture. Put in sherbet glasses.
