Boneless Chicken Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless chicken
    2 cans artichokes
    1 red pepper
    1 can black olives (pitted)
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
    Ken's Steak House lite Italian dressing
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut chicken and red pepper in cubes.
    Place chicken in baking dish.
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3/4 to 1 hour.
    Serve with Italian bread and salad.
