Mexican Wedding Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shortening
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. pecan nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sifted flour
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Combine shortening, butter, salt, sugar and vanilla.
    Add flour and nuts.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
