Texas Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
3 medium onions, sliced
1 large green pepper
1 (16 oz.) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1/2 c. uncooked rice
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large skillet, cook meat, onions and green pepper until meat and vegetables are tender.
Drain off fat. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Heat and pour into 2-quart dish. Cover and bake 1 hour, ungreased.
