Peaches 'N Cream Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. dry vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (15 to 20 oz.) can sliced peaches or pineapple chunks, well drained (reserve juice)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. reserved juice
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    In large bowl of electric mixer, combine flour, baking powder, salt, pudding mix, butter, egg and milk.
    Beat for two minutes at medium speed.
    Pour mixture into bottom of greased 9-inch deep or 10-inch pie pan.
    Arrange drained peach slices on top of batter. Shape like flower petals.
