Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 c. water
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs

Preparation

In a large saucepan, mix butter, water and cocoa.
Heat to boiling.
Take off heat; add flour, sugar, salt, sour cream, baking soda and eggs.
Mix well and pour into 15 x 11-inch baking pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Pour icing over warm cake.
