Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. chunked rhubarb
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream the 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, egg and shortening together, then add the milk, flour, soda and vanilla.
    Blend well, then add the rhubarb.
    Put into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with a mixture of 1/3 cup brown sugar and the cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
