Sweet Potato Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large sweet potatoes
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground allspice
    1 large egg, lightly beaten
    18 large marshmallows
    4 c. crushed corn flakes cereal
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Cook sweet potatoes in boiling water for 30 minutes or until tender. Drain and cool. Peel sweet potatoes and mash. Combine sugar and next 3 ingredients; stir sugar mixture and egg into mashed potatoes. Shape mixture around marshmallow and roll in corn flakes. Place in a single layer on a baking sheet. Cover and freeze 2 hours. Pour oil into a large skillet to depth of 1/2-inch; heat to 350\u00b0. Fry croquettes until golden brown, turning once.
