Honey Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. salad oil
1 c. honey
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
3/4 tsp. soda (add to juice)
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine sugar, eggs, oil and honey.
Beat until very thick. Combine dry ingredients and sift 3 times.
Combine pineapple juice and water, bring to a boil and add baking soda.
Add alternately with dry ingredients to egg mixture.
Stir in vanilla and nuts. Pour into lightly greased 10-inch tube pan lined with waxed paper on bottom.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
