Banana Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 well beaten egg
    1 c. weakened vinegar (1/4 c. vinegar and 3/4 c. water)
    sliced bananas (as desired)
    chopped nuts (as desired)
Preparation
    Combine sugar, cornstarch, egg and weakened vinegar in saucepan.
    Cook over medium heat until thick.
    Cool completely and pour over sliced bananas and chopped nuts.
