Creamed Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of garlic powder
    1 c. milk
    1 (10 oz.) box frozen spinach, thawed
    1 hard-boiled egg (optional)
Preparation
    On stove top in medium size pot, melt 2 tablespoons butter, then add 2 tablespoons flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and dash of garlic powder.
    Mix well, then add the cup milk.
    On medium heat, keep stirring until mixture thickens and then add thawed spinach and mix well again.
    (Add 1 hard-boiled egg, optional.)
    Cook a few minutes longer and serve.
