Pumpkin Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pumpkin
    1 c. sugar
    2 1/2 lb. cream cheese
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    4 whole eggs
    3 egg yolks
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and put into crumb crust pie shells.
    Bake on 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then on 275\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let sit in oven overnight.
