Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. salad oil
4 eggs, well beaten
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. red food coloring
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 (10 oz. each) boxes frozen strawberries
3/4 c. pecans

Preparation

Cream together oil, eggs and sugar.
Add food coloring and mix well.
Sift together dry ingredients and blend with egg mixture. Add strawberries all at once and mix well.
Stir in nuts.
