Crock-Pot Texas Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
2 medium chopped onions
2 green peppers, chopped
2 lb. can tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. long grain rice and season packet
Preparation

Brown beef, drain off fat.
Put all ingredients in crock-pot. Stir thoroughly, cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours (on high for 4 hours).
Serve with garlic and tossed salad.
