Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 egg yolks
1 whole egg
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. corn meal
1 Tbsp. cream
grating from peel of 1 lemon
1 heaping Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Beat egg yolks and egg until light.
Add sugar gradually and continue beating.
Add corn meal and blend thoroughly.
Add cream and butter, mixing well and finally the grated lemon peel.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes.
This will make 8 tarts or a 9-inch pie.
