Southwestern Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 c. flour
    1 c. cornmeal
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    2 egg whites
    3/4 c. fat-free milk
    1/4 c. canola oil
    1 c. shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
Preparation
    In a food processor or blender, coarsely chop corn; set aside. In a bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, baking soda and salt. In a small bowl, combine egg, egg whites, milk and oil. Stir into dry ingredients until moistened. Add cheese, chilies and corn. Pour into a 9-inch square baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Serve warm.
