Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground round
    1 c. finely chopped onion (I use 1/4 c. seeing my family isn't fond of onions)
    1/2 c. cooked long grain rice, cooked without salt or fat
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg white
    1 3/4 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 (13 3/4 oz.) cans no salt added beef broth
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Combine the first 5 ingredients in a bowl; stir well.
    Divide into 6 equal portions, shaping each into a 1-inch thick patty. Coat an electric skillet with vegetable cooking spray; heat to 320\u00b0.
    Add patties and cook 5 minutes on each side.
    Drain on paper towels; set aside and keep warm.
    (I put them in the oven on warm.)
