Rice Cake Ricotta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. Ricotta
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
orange and lemon rind
Preparation

Mix all of the ingredients with mixer on medium.

Bake in 10-inch pie plate at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
