Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground meat
    2 large onions, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    3 eggplants
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    salt and pepper to taste
    6 eggs
    1/2 c. Romano cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown meat, onions and bell pepper.
    Add tomato sauce and seasoning.
    Allow to cook 5 minutes.
    Slice and salt eggplants, then fry in a small amount of oil.
    Arrange slices of eggplant and sauce alternately in casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Whip eggs and cheese together.
    Pour over casserole and bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
