Baked Chicken Thighs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 chicken thighs
    1 (12 oz.) jar apricot or peach preserves
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Red Russian dressing (Wish-Bone)
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    In 9 x 13-inch pan place preserves, dressing and soup mix. Mix and heat slowly.
    Layer thighs in single layer.
    Bake at 400\u00b0, turning every 20 minutes or so, in uncovered pan for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Tilt pan to remove fat.
