Zucchini Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. onion, chopped
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    4 medium zucchini
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion.
    Add tomato sauce and spices. Cook slowly for 15 minutes.
    Wash squash and slice lengthwise.
    (I peel mine.)
    Mix egg, cottage cheese and flour.
    Set aside. Parboil squash 3 minutes; drain.
