Apple Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium Granny Smith apples, cored and peeled
    1 stick butter
    1 Tbsp. apple pie spice
    3 Tbsp. sugar (more if want sweeter)
    pie crust for 2 (9-inch) pies
Preparation
    Place cored and peeled apples in large baking pan.
    Mix butter, sugar and apple pie spice.
    Divide evenly and put into center of apple.
    Wrap each apple in pie crust and sprinkle with remaining spice and sugar mix.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
