Beef Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sliced onions
    1 c. broccoli florets
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. and 2 tsp. oyster sauce
    1 Tbsp. Italian parsley, chopped
    2 Tbsp. water
    8 oz. beef
    2 c. hot vermicelli
Preparation
    Spray large skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
    Saute onions for 2 or 3 minutes.
    Add broccoli, mushrooms, oyster sauce, parsley and water.
    Cover; cook 5 minutes until broccoli is tender.
    Trim all visible fat from beef.
    Broil thin slices.
    Add meat and vermicelli to skillet.
    Cook; stir until meat is heated, about 1 minute.
