Chocolate Chip And Walnut Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. granulated sugar
    1/3 c. packed brown sugar
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    6 oz. (1 c.) milk chocolate chips
    6 oz. (1 c.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In a large bowl, stir together sugars, flour, baking powder and salt.
    In another bowl mix together milk, butter, eggs and vanilla until blended.
    Make a well in center of dry ingredients.
    Add milk mixture and stir to combine.
    Stir in chips and nuts.
    Spoon batter into greased muffin cups; grease the edges around cups.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.
    Remove muffins from oven and cool 5 minutes.
    Remove from pans and cool on rack.
    Serve warm or cold.
    Makes 12 large muffins.
