Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1 c. diced celery
1 c. green seedless grape halves
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Toss chicken, celery, grapes, salt and mayonnaise.
Serve on lettuce.
Sprinkle with cashews.
Garnish with grapes.
Serve with Italian bread or crescent rolls.
