Carrot Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked and mashed carrots
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. sugar
    dash of cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix margarine and sugar in carrots while hot.
    Beat eggs and put in carrots after cool.
    Add flour and baking powder and cinnamon.
    Pour into greased baking dish and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
