Bojangles Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    2 tsp. powdered sugar
    1 1/4 c. buttermilk
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. shortening
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder and sugar.
    Cut in shortening and stir in buttermilk.
    Knead a few times; roll out and cut into biscuits.
    Bake in 450\u00b0 oven for 12 minutes.
