Rice Custard Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 qt. milk, scalded
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. raisins
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine first 3 ingredients. Stir in scalded milk. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a 2-quart baking dish. Set dish in a pan of hot water 1-inch deep. Bake 45 to 50 minutes.
