Salmon Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 3/4 oz.) can red or pink salmon
    1 egg or 2 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. liquid from salmon
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. flour
    2 to 3 tsp. Mrs. Dash Original Blend seasoning
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Drain liquid from salmon, reserving 2 tablespoons.
    Put salmon in bowl.
    In a small bowl put egg, salmon liquid and baking powder and beat until foamy.
    Add egg mixture to salmon and mix.
    Add flour, seasoning and onion, mixing after each ingredient.
    Shape into cakes and fry in vegetable oil or spray oil until brown. Makes 7 to 8 cakes.
