Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. corn kernels (any variety)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
1 pt. half and half cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart buttered casserole dish.
Place casserole in a pan of hot water and bake for 1 hour, until firm and golden. (Can serve with baked ham or pork chops.)
Serves 4 to 6.
