Honey Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. pork spareribs
    3/4 c. honey
    1 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place ribs in large container.
    Blend ingredients and pour over ribs.
    Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours, turning ribs occasionally.
    Set oven at 300\u00b0.
    Arrange ribs on rack and bake 2 hours.
    Baste occasionally and turn once during cooking time. Makes 6 servings.
