Buttermilk-Blue Cheese Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. buttermilk
    3 oz. Blue cheese, crumbled
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    In blender container, combine buttermilk and mayonnaise. Process until thoroughly combined. Stir in remaining ingredients. Transfer to a bowl or jar that has a tight fitting cover. Refrigerate until ready to use.
    Just before serving, stir well. Makes 12 servings.
