Stuffed Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    manicotti shells
    salt
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 tsp. oregano
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook shells in boiling water with salt.
    Drain, rinse in cold water, drain and set aside.
