Rolled Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. Bisquick
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix ingredients until dough forms; beat 30 seconds.
    If after beating dough is too sticky, gradually mix in enough Bisquick (up to 1/4 cup) to make dough easy to handle.
    Turn onto surface dusted with Bisquick.
    Roll in Bisquick to coat.
    Shape into ball; knead 10 minutes.
    Roll 1/2 thick.
    Cut with 2-inch cutter dipped in Bisquick.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes 10 to 12 biscuits.
