Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes
1/4 c. melted butter
1/3 to 1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Boil potatoes.
Remove skin and grate.
Mix all other ingredients and pour into a buttered baking dish.
Bake in 250\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serves 8 to 10.
Can be frozen before baking.
