Strawberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/3 to 1/2 c. sugar
    8 oz. carton strawberry yogurt
    milk
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 to 1 c. strawberries, sliced (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Sift flour, then measure.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Pour yogurt into measuring cup and add enough milk to make 1 cup.
    Combine yogurt, oil and egg with dry ingredients.
    (Batter should be lumpy.)
    Add strawberries, if desired.
    Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes 12 medium muffins.
