Marion'S Delicious Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. Milk (1 can fat-free evaporated milk + water to make 4 c.)
    1 Egg, beaten (can use egg substitute)
    1 pkg. cook & serve Jello Vanilla Pudding (sugar-free/fat-free)
    1 c. uncooked Instant Rice
    1/4 c. Raisins
    1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. Nutmeg
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine Milk, Egg, and Pudding Mix. Mix well.
    Add Rice, Raisins, Spices.
    Bring to boil over medium heat, stir constantly.
    Remove from heat and cool 5 minutes.
    Stir twice. Pour into bowls.
    Cover with plastic wrap.
    Serve warm or cold with Cool Whip.
